Illustration for Motel Mozaïque festival

So yesterday I was working on this little project and managed to finish it in only a few hours. Apparently I enjoy drawing beetles and draw them super fast. This was a commission by Tegendraads who is working on a project for the Motel Mozaïque festival in April. He's going to embroide designs on T-shirts or bags (or any kind of fabric for that matter) of the visitors of the festival and he asked three illustrators to make a design. 

So here is my version for the project. And don't worry, I also send him a line drawing to make it easier for him to translate it to an embroidable design. I'm really curious what he's going to make of my little beetle here.
