North Sea Jazz Spread

Just a quick update to show an illustration I made for the Volkskrant 2 weeks ago. I didn't have the time to post this sooner.
Right after I made the cover illustration for the North Sea Jazz festival, they asked me if I could make another illustration for the festival, this time a spread. I made this in absolute record time, because as it turned out the deadline was the next morning. So basically I had one night to make this.
I didn't really have any time to come up with a great concept or work out the best composition possible, but I made the deadline and I got to draw some more jazz musicians.
By the way, last weekend I was working on another illustration for the Volkskrant. It'll be published in the Saturday newspaper, so go check it out.
